Marsha P. Johnson is my First Amendment hero. Marsha was one of the prominent figures in the Stonewall riots in 1969 and blazed a trail of modern-day civil rights for the LGBTQ+ community for standing up, using their First Amendment freedoms to speak out for what they believe in.
