Tickets
Don’t panic if you don’t have an event ticket; we didn’t issue any. Your name will be on our list at registration where you will check in to get your table assignment.
Filming
We will be filming the event. By attending, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded, and you grant to us and our successors, affiliates, assigns, contractors, and licensees (collectively, the “FF Parties”) the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive royalty free and fully paid up consent, right, and license and sublicense (though not obligation) to capture, stream, and use proceeds from your attendance and/or participation at the event, and your name, image, likeness, mannerisms and voice (collectively, the “Materials”), and to use the Materials, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever without restriction in any and all media, and without any monetary compensation credit whatsoever, and without further consent from you. All Materials and any works derived therefrom, shall be our sole property and you waive any and all rights of publicity, privacy, moral rights, or other rights therein. You further waive any and all rights to bring an action at law or equity related to any use of the Materials, or any risks, injury, or other claims from or resulting from your attendance at the event against the FF Parties and irrevocably release them from any and all liability whatsoever.
Food
Any food offered may not be kosher, or food allergen or gluten free. Please confirm any dietary restrictions in advance with us at the email below and with your server at the event.
Disclaimers
All attendees and sponsors are prohibited from the unauthorized distribution, adaptation, and other modified use of any content captured from the event in any commercial, disparaging, or other false or derogatory manner. You are solely liable for any uses in violation of the venue or event rules, or which infringe on any third party’s rights of any kind.
All aspects of the Event are provided as is without warranty of any kind and you voluntarily accept all risks, injury, damage, and losses associated therefrom.
