User Agreement
The Freedom Forum grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, copy and modify the training materials only for the limited purpose of providing training at your place of employment. You shall not permit any use of the training materials by any other person. You shall not publish or permit any use of the training materials by any other person without written permission of the Freedom Forum. Acceptable use may include the training of others in your organization to deliver the workshop.
You shall not, without the Freedom Forum written consent, charge any fee or receive any other consideration or compensation for the use of the training materials.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the training materials, as used by you, comply with all applicable laws, and for updating the training materials as necessary to comply with applicable law and to allow for changes in your organization’s business practices.
Except for the rights granted to you in this acknowledgement, all rights in the training materials are and will remain with the Freedom Forum and its licensors.
Reporting Requirements
Because it is important to the Power Shift Project and its funders to know the reach of the Workplace Integrity curriculum, trainers (or their designees) agree to provide the Freedom Forum with updates on training initiatives.
To make this process simple, trainers will have access to a Workplace Integrity site that allows them to submit reports directly to the Freedom Forum. However, unless trainers specifically ask for confidentiality in the “Trainer’s Observations” section, it is understood that the Power Shift Project will use the information in reporting the reach and impact of the Workplace Integrity training.
Reports will be short and simple:
- Name of trainer
- Name of organization
- Name and email address of organization’s leader who approved the training.
- Number of participants
Trainer’s observations:
- How well did the curriculum work for the participants and organization’s leaders?
- What next steps, if any, will the organization do to follow up?
Reports will be due as soon as possible, but no later than 60 days after the training. We promise to send you periodic reminders about the reporting requirements.
